Sambala
Village will comprise 9 condominium-style apartment complexes, each with 38
apartments, and also 68 townhouses (410 units in total). A selection of shops,
bars, restaurants, offices, sports and recreational amenities will be developed
within the village. The architectural style is typical old-style Portuguese
/ Mediterranean in synthesis with the planned luxury hotel resort nearby and
will have a splendid view looking down into the Ribeira and the beautiful
big white sandy beach of the Baia de Sao Francisco.
Each
unit will have a private parking space and ample further parking spaces will
be provided for visitors. Park and open areas will be irrigated and planted
with trees, shrubs and lawn and all roads, pavements and pedestrian areas
will be either surfaced with asphalt or cobblestone. Freshwater and irrigation
water, electricity and a sewage treatment provision will all be supplied.
Sambala
Village will mark the first phase of tourism property development in the region.
Eventually, three more tourism villages and ten areas specifically for development
of villas will also be developed in the region, surrounding a 36-hole world-class
golf resort and luxury hotel resorts and a marina.
Development
of Sambala Village is planned to commence in early 2005 with the first phase
of apartment blocks and townhouses completed before the end of November 2006.
Completion of the whole Village is planned for mid-2010. Current launch prices
for off-plan sales of the first apartments and townhouses are available by
clicking the links below together with architectural designs and floor plans.
The sale prices represent remarkable investment value for buyers gaining from
a first level purchase in a multi-phase development of a new world-class tourism
destination. These launch sale prices are around 20 to 25% below the current
market sales prices in Cape Verde for tourism property.
